Terms of Service

    Plain-English summary: Temp Mail is a free disposable email tool. You get a temporary inbox that expires in 60 minutes. Don't use it for illegal activity, spam, or anything that could harm others. We can terminate access at any time.
  

1. Who We Are

Temp Mail ("the Service") is operated under the domain tempmail.savemanager.site. The service provides short-lived, anonymous email addresses for the purpose of receiving automated or verification emails without exposing a personal address. Contact: savemanager70@gmail.com.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including users of the browser extension and the API.

3. Description of Service

The Service provides temporary, randomly generated email addresses ("disposable addresses") that:

Expire automatically after 60 minutes (extendable once per session).
Can receive emails from any sender.
Store up to 50 messages per address.
Are permanently deleted — along with all received messages — upon expiry.
Are accessible only via a bearer token issued at creation. Anyone with the token can read the inbox.

The Service is provided on an as-is, as-available basis with no guarantees of uptime or message delivery.

4. Permitted Use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes, including:

Signing up for websites or services without exposing your personal email.
Receiving one-time verification or confirmation emails.
Testing email delivery in software development.

5. Prohibited Use

You must not use the Service to:

Send, receive, or facilitate spam, phishing, or any unsolicited bulk email.
Receive or distribute content that is illegal in any applicable jurisdiction.
Impersonate any person or organisation.
Circumvent rate limits, access controls, or other technical restrictions of the Service.
Engage in any activity that places unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
Receive child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that exploits minors.
Facilitate fraud, identity theft, money laundering, or any other financial crime.
Harvest or scrape addresses, tokens, or message content via automated means beyond normal API usage.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of access and, where required by law, reporting to relevant authorities.

6. Rate Limits and Quotas

To ensure fair use, the Service enforces the following limits:

Maximum 10 addresses created per IP address per hour.
Maximum 50 messages stored per address.
Maximum message size: 1 MB.

These limits may be changed at any time without notice.

7. No Account Required

The Service requires no registration or personal information. Your session is identified solely by a cryptographic token stored in your browser's local storage. If you clear browser storage or lose the token, access to that inbox is permanently lost. We have no mechanism to recover it.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service's source code, design, and content are owned by the operator. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission. The browser extension is distributed for personal use only.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE OPERATOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

12. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which the operator is based.
